Strategies for Partnering with Local Businesses & Growing Your Communications: Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 9:00-11:00AM, First Baptist Church of Alexandria, 2932 King Street, Third Floor Music Suite. Join us for a special, two hour Spring2ACTion workshop! The first half of the workshop will present strategies for working with local businesses, featuring a panel of business owners from Alexandria. Free Agent Fundraiser Happy Hour: Monday, March 7, 2016, 6:00-8:00PM, Del Ray Pizzeria, 2218 Mt Vernon Avenue, Upstairs Room. All Spring2ACTion free agent fundraisers, nonprofits and volunteers are invited to join us at this happy hour. Bring your questions and computer, and we’ll help you troubleshoot any technical problems or talk through your campaign. (We’ll bring the pizza). Missed the happy hour? Materials Pick Up and Lab: Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 8:30-10:00AM, Alexandria Economic Development Partnership (AEDP), 625 N. Washington Street, Suite 400. Pick up your Spring2ACTion promotional materials, including posters, flyers and yard signs. If you have any questions or need time to work on your campaign, feel free to bring your computer along for some Spring2ACTion “lab time.” REGISTER
